Dr. Skipper is the Center For Health and Wellness Clinic Director and is originally a native of North Carolina. He completed his undergraduate studies in Wilmington, N.C. After completing his undergraduate work, he completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at Sherman University in Spartanburg, South Carolina, in 2004.  After graduation, his family settled in Florence, S.C., where he has been a dedicated Provider to the residents of the Pee Dee for the last 20 years. Serving the last 15 years in the Hartsville Community.

Elizabeth Cayce Chavis, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, to the Center for Health and Wellness Team! Over two decades of nursing experience, Cayce has worked in various healthcare settings, including urgent care, telehealth, and medical wellness practices. She specializes in weight loss management, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), and cosmetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
